Northern Lakes Arts Association is built by neighbors showing up for each other.
Volunteers make it possible for NLAA to keep tickets affordable, programs open, and arts experiences accessible to everyone in our community.
You do not need theater experience.
You do not need to commit long-term.
You just need to be willing to help.

No prior experience required. Training and clear instructions are provided.
Member Phone Bank
Help Northern Lakes Arts Association reconnect with past members during our annual membership renewal season. This phone bank is relationship-based outreach, not cold calling.
Volunteers will make friendly renewal calls using a short script, with training and on-site support provided. Board members, staff, and community volunteers will be calling together. We will have coffee and cookies.
Volunteers will use their own cell phone to make calls and should feel comfortable doing so.

Annie (Box Office)
We are looking for three people each night to help greet patrons, check guests in, and sell tickets. You will be assisted by an NLAA board member. All volunteers receive a complimentary ticket to the performance they volunteer at.
