For forty years, Northern Lakes Arts Association has helped make Ely a place where creativity belongs—where neighbors gather in the dark, the lights come up, and something meaningful happens together. Becoming a 2026 member is a choice to support that shared future. Membership makes high-quality performances affordable and accessible, supports scholarships, and keeps community spaces alive with theater, music, dance, and visual arts. Members uplift local artists, fuel youth programs, strengthen the north country economy, and help ensure that no one is turned away because of cost. Through member support, the arts remain a vital community builder and an essential economic driver in northern Minnesota.
This season, “A Future to Believe In”, is about hope, courage and renewal. When you join NLAA, you are investing in a year of stories, learning and connection that reaches thousands.

Support the Arts in 2026 by Becoming a Member of the Northern Lakes Arts Association.
Membership levels:
$ 50 Individual includes event pre-sales and inclusion in the annual member listing.
$ 100 Household for up to six members includes event pre-sales, inclusion in the annual
member listing and early registration for youth programs.
$ 125 Patron of the Arts includes event pre-sales, early season announcements, website recognition as well as one complimentary ticket.
$ 250 Bronze includes event pre-sales, website recognition, printed recognition at performances, two complimentary tickets and an annual bronze listing.
$ 500 Silver includes event pre-sales, website recognition, printed recognition at performances, two complimentary tickets and an invitation to the member celebration.
$1,000 Gold includes event pre-sales, website recognition, printed recognition at
performances, four complimentary tickets and an invitation to a private reception with the Executive Artistic Director.
Sponsorship opportunities:
$1,250 Event sponsor includes recognition in print and on the website, four complimentary tickets and acknowledgement before performances.
$1500 Season Sponsor includes the membership perks plus two season passes, recognition in all programs and curtain speeches, and invitations to exclusive NLAA gatherings.
Sustaining membership:
Sustaining members provide steady, monthly support that helps to keep NLAA’s work
moving year-round.
