Reflections Dance Company, a dynamic program of Northern Lakes Arts Association (NLAA), is dedicated to creating a welcoming and joyful environment for all people, of all ages and body types, to have fun and move their bodies. As part of its mission, Reflections believes that dance should be accessible to everyone, offering an inclusive space where creativity and self-expression flourish.
Rooted in NLAA’s commitment to enriching the community through the arts, Reflections provides a diverse range of classes and performances, inviting dancers of all skill levels to explore the joy of movement. Whether you are a seasoned dancer or someone looking to discover a new way to stay active, Reflections Dance Company offers opportunities for everyone to participate in the art of dance.
With programs that span contemporary, classical ballet, and more, Reflections is more than just a dance studio—it’s a community where people can connect, express themselves, and embrace the beauty of movement in a fun and supportive atmosphere. Through annual showcases, workshops, and public performances, the company celebrates the diversity of its dancers and their unique journeys.

Tickets are Pay-What-You-Can and can be purchased online or at the door.
Reflections Dance Company classes are ongoing throughout the spring until May 1. Mondays are at the Ely Rec Center, Tuesdays at the Winton Community Center, and Wednesdays at the Ely Rec Center. Social Dance is Wednesdays from 7:30-8:30 pm and is our most popular drop-in class. Come dance with Sunshine and a fun group of movers!
