The Northern Lakes Arts Academy invites adult performers, educators, and community members to join the Adult Session of the NLAA January Acting Lab, a six-class pilot intensive designed for artists who want structured, high-quality training to begin the new year.
This focused series blends Uta Hagen technique, Laban movement analysis, breath and voice work, scene study, and character development. Instruction is led by NLAA Executive Artistic Director Ian Francis Lah, offering adult learners a grounded, practical approach to returning to craft.
Enrollment is intentionally limited, with only six adult slots available, to allow for individualized coaching and deep process work.
