Northern Lakes Arts Association seeks to cultivate an environment in which our differences are explored with generosity and openness. As artists, we believe in the value of all humans and are invested in exploring the many facets of the human experience; thus, we strive to make our work inclusive and accessible to all by opening doors and connecting the community.

 

We continue to expand our practices and our plans to ensure that we further diversity and

inclusion, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, ability, religion, or

social status, to create a community that is grounded in compassion and collaboration.
